The Department of Education, Universities, Culture and Sports of the Government of the Canary Islands has published the Resolution by means of which it exonerates from the payment of the fee for taking the Baccalaureate Evaluation for University Access (EBAU) test of the present course to students belonging to families with few economic resources. The students who benefit from this aid will not have to pay 76.12 Euros for this concept.
Students whose family income does not exceed the economic thresholds of 10,527.43 euros for families with one member, 14,738.40 euros for families with two members, 20,633.76 euros for families with three members, 28,887.26 euros for families with four members and 40,442.16 euros for families with five members, as indicated in the Resolution signed by the Vice Councilor for Education, Universities and Sports, María Dolores Rodríguez, will be able to benefit from this measure.
In order to prove that the requirements to obtain such exemption are met, the student must submit the documentation detailed in said text, which can be consulted on the Education website through the link: https://www.gobiernodecanarias.org/educacion/web/bachillerato/ebau/exoneracion_pago_ebau/index.html.

The Department of Education, Universities, Culture and Sports of the Government of the Canary Islands published yesterday in the Official Bulletin of the Canary Islands the resolution by which it exempts from the payment of the fee for taking the Baccalaureate Evaluation for University Access (EBAU) test of the present course to students belonging to families with few economic resources. The students who benefit from this aid will no longer pay 76.12 Euros, the fee fixed in the Canary Islands for the above mentioned concept.
Students whose family income does not exceed the economic thresholds of 10,527.43 euros for families with one member, 14,738.40 euros for families with two members, 20,633.76 euros for families with three members, 28,887.26 euros for families with four members and 40,442.16 euros in the case of families with five members, as indicated in the above mentioned resolution of the Department of Education of the Canary Islands Government, will be eligible for this measure.
For the exemption of the payment in relation to the access to the Canarian universities, the centers will fill in the information by means of the telematic systems provided for that purpose by each university.

The students who benefit from this aid will not have to pay 76.12 euros for this concept, it indicates in a press release.
As a novelty in this course, it is noted in the note, those interested in this aid may choose to submit the tax certificate of the IRPF of 2020 or the certificate of income imputation of that year instead of those for 2019, in order to prove a significant decrease in the levels of computable income and thus facilitate access to this action.
