The IES Cabrera Pinto has three outstanding exhibition halls. The natural science museum, the anthropology museum and the Blas Cabrera Felipe room. All three are located in the historical building of the institute.

In the anthropology museum are the collections of archaeological sites, found in the funds of the former University of San Fernando, and archaeological sites in the north of the island.

The second service cloister lacks the main stone columns, the high galleries being supported by slender wooden columns on stone bases. The cloisters were communicated by an arch, through it the processions that in different celebrations went through the two cloisters, leaving the church and returning to it.

In one cloister as well as in the other there were water basins, which had both an ornamental and a practical function, for the irrigation of the plants that grew in them. The first of the cloisters, the main one, was called the “courtyard of the orange trees”. The second is known as the “courtyard of cypresses”.

El IES Cabrera Pinto cuenta con tres salas de exposiciones muy destacadas. El museo de ciencias naturales, el museo de antropología y la sala Blas Cabrera Felipe. Las tres se encuentran en el edificio histórico del instituto. En el museo de ciencias naturales hay una gran colección de animales disecados. Además, en numerosas ocasiones se realizan exposiciones al público en las que se muestra alguna sección de dichos animales. En el museo de antropología hay colecciones de yacimientos arqueológicos, encontrados en los fondos de la antigua Universidad de San Fernando, y yacimientos arqueológicos del norte de la isla. En la sala Blas Cabrera Felipe se encuentra una gran variedad de objetos y herramientas tecnológicas claves en la revolución científica. A lo largo del año, un grupo de jubilados se reúne para renovar e intercambiar todos los objetos, asegurando una visión diferente del museo.
