At the same time, the Ceed range is enriched, showing KIA’s capacity for innovation within the compact universe, a segment that retains a specific weight in the overall registrations. KIA Canarias offers the most complete and original proposal within the compact segment, since in addition to the Ceed in its hatchback and Tourer body, also offers the sporty Proceed and XCeed, perfect link with the brand’s SUV family.

Its exterior conveys more emotion and dynamism than conventional SUVs and, at the same time, marks distances with the rest of the Ceed range. Compared to the five-door, it lengthens its front and rear overhangs, stretches the hood towards the A-pillars, and tilts the tailgate. The result is a car with a sporty silhouette and coupe touches.

With an overall length of 4,395 mm, the Kia XCeed is 85 mm longer than the five-door Ceed and 90 mm shorter than the Sportage. With a maximum height of 1,495 mm, it also sits 48 mm above the Ceed and 150 mm below the Sportage, giving it a center of gravity closer to the ground. The larger rear overhang translates into a trunk volume of 426 liters, on par with the SUV range.
