Government of the canary islands
Due to the current health situation, the event will be held mostly telematically and will begin with the reading of a manifesto by Sonia Cáceres, deputy secretary of Sectorial of the PP of Gran Canaria.
After that, the first debate table will be constituted, which will be moderated by our regional coordinator, national deputy and spokeswoman in the Equality Commission, Auxiliadora Pérez and will count with the interventions of Cuca Gamarra (Spokeswoman GPP Congress), Luisa Fernanda Rudí (first woman president of the Congress of Deputies and currently Senator for Aragón), Noelia García (Mayoress of Los Llanos de Aridane) and Australia Navarro (President of the PP of the Canary Islands).
The commitment of the Partido Popular to women is not new and is becoming increasingly stronger. Proof of this is the undisputed leadership of many women in our organization, from local to national and even at European level.
From the Partido Popular de Gran Canaria, we are committed to authentic feminism, without stridency or radicalism and therefore we invite all our members and supporters to register to participate in this event that aims once again to give visibility and claim the important role of women in our society, all in the interests of achieving full, effective and real equality.
